요약

최근(2008년)에 국내 기록이 확인되었으나, 강원도 평창의 오대산 일원에서만 서식이 확인된다.  

형태

몸길이는 5-7㎜이며 몸은 타원형이고 앞가슴등판과 딱지날개 부분은 불연속적이다. 몸은 적갈색이며 배면에는 짧은 털들이 빽빽하다. 머리는 사각형이며 광택이 있다. 앞가슴등판에는 크고 작은 두 가지 형태의 구멍이 있다. 딱지날개에는 구멍들과 작은 주름이 있으며 가장자리는 톱니 모양이다. 7번째 배마디배판의 끝 부분이 안쪽으로 움푹하게 들어갔으며 작은 가시들이 빽빽하게 나 있다.  

생물학적 특성

산간 계곡의 물 흐름이 느려지는 곳 중 낙엽, 모래 등 이 있는 곳에서 서식하며 유기물을 먹는다.  

분포 현황

오대산의 일부 계곡에서만 서식하며 개체수도 매우 적게 발견된다. 분포 범위가 매우 협소하다.

영문초록

Ametor scabrosus is a rare species, which is found only on Mt. Odaesan, Gangwon-do. This species lives in very limited habitats, specifically small valleys with sand and fallen?leaf debris.
