분류체계
불규칙한 뇌상유구형이며, 속은 비어 있고 갓과 대는 불규칙하게 부착되어 있고, 조직은 잘 부서짐. 지로미트린(gyromitrin) 중독을 유발하며, 대부분 6~8시간의 잠복기 후에 피로감, 어지럼증, 두통, 구역, 구토, 복부팽만감, 복통 등의 위장관 증세와 실신, 근육실조, 발열이 발생하며 드물지만 설사를 동반하기도 함. 대부분 1~2일 내에 회복되지만, 중독이 심한 경우는 아마톡신중독과 유사한 증상을 보이며 사망하기도 함. 곰보버섯과 유사하므로 감별이 필요 [저작재산권자]
