Ambrosia trifida f. integrifolia Fernald (둥근잎돼지풀)
국화목 국화과에 속하는 관속식물이다. 전체에 거센 털이 있다. 줄기는 높이 1~2.5m로 곧추서며, 가지가 갈라진다. 잎은 마주나며, 길이와 폭이 각각 10~30cm이고 단풍잎처럼 3~5갈래로 깊게 갈라진다. 꽃은 7~10월에 암수한포기로 피며, 가지 끝에서 머리모양꽃이 총상꽃차례를 이루어 달리고, 노란빛이 도는 녹색이다. 꽃차례 위쪽에는 수꽃으로 된 머리모양꽃이 많이 달리고, 아래쪽에는 암꽃으로 된 머리모양꽃이 몇 개 달린다. 열매는 수과로 달걀모양, 길이 6~12mm, 끝에 돌기가 있고 9~11월에 익는다. 북미 원산의 귀화식물로 길가나 빈터에 자라는 한해살이풀이다. 돼지풀에 비해서 전체가 크며, 잎은 마주나고, 손바닥 모양으로 갈라지므로 구분된다. 우리나라 전역에 퍼져 있다. 전 세계에 귀화되었다.
