Fragaria indica Andrews
여러해살이풀로 줄기는 길이 30-100cm이며 긴 털이 있다. 잎은 3출 겹잎으로 작은 잎은 난형 또는 타원형으로 길이 2-4cm, 너비 1.5-3.0cm, 끝은 둔하고 가장자리에 거친 톱니가 있다. 잎 앞면에는 털이 없고 뒷면에는 잎맥에만 긴 털이 있다. 꽃은 5-6월에 잎겨드랑이에서 1개씩 달리며, 노란색이다. 꽃잎은 5장, 도란형이다. 열매는 윤기가 돌며, 지름 1.5-2.5cm이고, 6-7월에 붉게 익는다. 한국, 인도, 중국, 유럽, 북미 등에 분포한다. [저작재산권자]
